Returns and Exchanges
1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
At ALLVACSTORE, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and good condition without any damage. Items returned without meeting these criteria may not be accepted or may be subject to additional fees.
2. Damaged Items in Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage to both the item and its packaging within 48 hours of receiving the package. This documentation is required to process the return or exchange.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
4. Restocking Fee for Used Items
For any product that has been used but is returned within the 15-day window, a minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged. We reserve the right to adjust the refund based on the condition of the item upon inspection.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or damage during shipping.
